Welcome

My name is Olga Korpalo, and I am the founder of CanStart Group, a Canadian education company in Toronto. Since 2013 I have worked with international students and their families in Canada. We help with the program, the application and the first months here.

We welcome students from Ukraine, Brazil, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Iran and many other countries. 80% of our clients come through recommendations, and 75% of students attending our summer language schools return to us.

Our guiding principle is to welcome you and your child to Canada, not merely send you here.

What our students say

Choosing the right university program is challenging, especially for those who do not live in Canada. My consultant had knowledge about university life in Canada and guided me step by step through the application process with patience and care. She answered every single question I had. As a result, I was accepted to four universities and received scholarships from three of them. Thank you, CanStart Group.

Canada is a cool country, and I am glad that I chose to study here. Originally, my parents and I were thinking about studying in Europe, but after talking with people from the CanStart Group, I decided to come to Canada. It is great to have an agent who lives in Canada: they met me at the airport, helped with housing, opening my bank account, getting a phone, and even took me for lunch.

Thanks to the experts from CanStart Group, I saved at least five years of meaningless attempts to figure out my future. Often, we just do not know what we do not know. It was my case. It took only one consultation with CanStart to develop the best possible strategy for my education. Six months later, I am a student at Centennial College with a clear understanding of what I want and how to get there. Thank you.

My path to a Canadian college was a challenging one: my first attempt to obtain a study permit was unsuccessful. I am so grateful to the consultants from CanStart Group for their patience and perseverance. They recommended an immigration lawyer who helped me with my study permit application. I felt that I had support at each step of the way. I am confident that the professionalism and care of the people from CanStart Group were crucial to my success.

I am glad that I chose CanStart Group as my consultant. Now, more than ever, I understand the value of their advice, which was based on their own experience of studying and living in Canada. They helped me choose the right program, guided me through the college requirements, and assured me that everything would be fine. And it was. I will always be grateful to the CanStart staff for their help with my settlement in Canada. Now, I am working and enjoying the many opportunities this country offers.
